PURPOSE:To reduce a running cost, by a method wherein a pilot bleed valve is formed with a poppet, opening and closing a portion between an inlet and an outlet, and a spring positioned in a state to be compressed between the poppet and the wall surface of a valve body. CONSTITUTION:A poppet 3, opening and closing an inlet 16 and an outlet 24, is situated in a valve body 2 having the inlet 16 and the outlet 24. A pilot chamber 31 communicated to a pilot port 33 is formed on the back side of the poppet 3. A spring 26 is situated in a state to be compressed between the front of the poppet 3 and the wall surface of a valve body 2. In this constitution, opening and closing of a portion between the inlet 16 and the outlet 24 is automatically controlled by means of the fluid pressure of fluid fed to the pilot chamber 31 through a pilot port 33. This constitution eliminates continuous energization of a fluid circuit during working as in the use of an electromagnetic valve, and reduces a running cost.
