PURPOSE:To make the arrangement of a hot-water pipe easy, and to make it possible to meet various piping structure by using a sheet of heat insulating plate, by cutting a pair of parallel and straight channels, a U-shaped channel in order to arrange the pipe in the U-shape, a pair of channels of small curvature, and a pair of channels of large curvature on the surface of a heat insulating plate. CONSTITUTION:Two parallel and straight channels 3 are cut on the surface of a heat insulating plate in the overall length of it in the longitudinal direction, and a U-shaped channel 4 is cut so as to have both ends of the straight channels 3 in common. Two channels 5 of small curvature are formed on both sides respectively so that they are bent at an angle of 90 deg. from the ends of the straight channels 3 which are commonly owned by the straight channels 3, besides two channels 6 of large curvature are formed so as to be crossed to each other in such a manner that they are bent at an angle of 90 deg. to the side of one channel 3 from the end of a channel 3 which is commonly owned by the other straight channel 3. In the center part of a channel 5 of small curvature, the width of a channel 3 is made larger than that of a hot-water pipe 2 so as to absorb the thermal expansion and contraction of a hot-water pipe 2. The diameter 'c' of the opening of each channel 3, 4, 5, and 6 except the part of a channel of which width is expanded is made smaller than the diameter 'b' of a hot-water pipe in order to prevent the hot-water pipe from becoming loose on the base.
