THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve moldability, resistance to head distortion and impact and rigidity, by mixing a copolymer obtd. by polymerizing a monomer mainly composed of an alkyl acrylate and then a monomer mainly composed of an arom. vinyl and a vinyl cyanide with a graft copolymer. CONSTITUTION:This thermoplastic resin compsn. is formed from the following components A and B. Component A is a copolymer obtd. by polymerizing 0.5-10 pts.wt. monomer composed of 20-100wt% alkyl acrylate and 80-0wt% other copolymerizable vinyl monomer and then 100pts.wt. monomer composed of 90-60wt% arom. vinyl monomer, 10-35wt% vinyl cyanide monomer and 0-30wt% other copolymerizable vinyl monomer. Component B is a graft copolymer obtd. by grafting a monomer composed of an arom. vinyl monomer and a vinyl cyanide monomer onto a rubbery polymer. The rubbery polymer accounts for 5-35wt% of the amount of the compsn.
