The subject of the invention is a membrane type pressure reducing apparatus of the type comprising a valve actuated by the displacement movements of the membrane. The membrane is divided into two parts, one with surface area S, the other with surface area s acting in opposition around an articulation point 22 controlling the opening and the closing of the pressure reducing valve 3. A dynamic compensation chamber 26 is provided under the part of the membrane with the large surface area S.
