摘要 Polyol component (I) has OH no. 650-780 mg KOH/g and viscosity 20-25 Pa.s, and is produced by reaction of scrap urethane and/or isocyanurate foam materials (II) with trialkanolamine (III) in the presence of a mixt. of 2-4C aliphatic triol and aliphatic diol (IV) at a wt. ratio of 0.5-1:1:1-1.45, at 190-250 deg.C. Mixt. for prodn. of polyurethane foam comprises 20-30 wt.% (I), 50-60 wt.% polyisocyanate, 1.1-2.2 wt.% uethane-prodn. catalyst, 6-9 wt.% blowing agent, 0.6-0.8 wt.% organosilicone foam regulator and 10-18 wt.% fire retardant. Mixt. for prodn. of polyisocyanurate foam comprises 5.0-35.7 wt.% of a mixt. of (I) and a polyol with OH no. 300-950 mg KOH/g and contg. 0.5-5.2 wt.% bound potassium (V), obtd. by reaction of tall oil with trialkanolamine and KOH, 39.4-81.7 wt.% polyisocyanate, 0.7-17.0 wt.% blowing agent and 1.0-15 wt.% fire retardant.
