PURPOSE:To improve resolution by forming an electric charge transfer layer of a compsn. prepd. by mixing a specific binder resin and hydrazone compd. CONSTITUTION:The charge transfer layer is formed by dissolving the binder resin expressed by formula I and the hydrazone compd. expressed by formula II in a suitable org. solvent and forming the layer of such soln. The binder resin is compounded at 0.1-3pts.wt. per 1pt.wt. hydrazone compd. to form the layer. In formulas, A is an isobutyl group or diphenyl aminobenzyl group which may be substd., R1 is an aryl group or heterocyclic group which may be substd., R2 is an aryl group which may be substd., alkyl group which may be substd. or heterocyclic group, R3 is a heterocyclic group which may be substd. or aryl group or aralkyl group which may be substd., R4 is an aryl group which may be substd., alkyl group which may be substd., aralkyl group which may be substd. or hydrogen atom. The resolution is thereby improved. |
