PURPOSE:To extremely improve the access request processing capacity of a storage controller by processing the access request of each access request controller after dividing these access requests into the number of different divisions of requests according to each instruction. CONSTITUTION:Access actions to a series of data like vector data, etc., are performed after dividing the elements and allocating them to plural access request controllers. In this case, instructions are identified by information on the access request produced by each access request controller. These access requests are divided into different numbers of requests according to the types of instructions. That is, the requests are divided into (a) pieces with a simple loading instruction, (b) pieces with a simple storing instruction and a single piece with a list vector store instruction respectively. Then access request identifiers #0-#(a-1) are produced at the time of simple loading instruction together with identifiers #0-#(b-1) at the time of simple storing instruction and an identifier #0 with a list vector storing instruction respectively. These access request identifiers are added in the generating order of the access requests for production of access requests. Thus the correct order properties can be secured even at the time of instruction having random access addresses. |
