PURPOSE:To prevent the decrease in the margin of signal read by crossing I/O lines in pairs at a proper position so as to make the noise received from the floating capacitance of the I/O line and the inter-line coupling capacitance from the adjacent signal line equal to each other. CONSTITUTION:The I/O and inverse of I/O lines in pairs are bisected into sections (a, b) and they are crossed with each other in the boundary. Then the floating capacitance of the lines I/O, inverse of I/O is made equal as a whole and the noise onto the I/O lines from adjacent signal lines S1, S2 is made entirely equal.
