PURPOSE:To transmit to telephone number being stored, after a talking is finished by providing a speaking circuit, an incoming circuit, a transmission circuit, a storage circuit to write in the telephone number even during talking, and a switching circuit for storing the telephone number while the talking is continued. CONSTITUTION:When a control circuit 21 detects that a storing operation is designated from an operating button 24 while a hook switch 15 is under an off-hook state, it switches the telephone number destined to transferring to a memory for storage while talking 18 by the switching circuit 20, and stores the telephone number inputted from the operating button 24, in the memory for storage while talking 18. After the talking is finished, when the control circuit 21 detects a transmission request for the destination of the telephone number stored during the talk from the operating button 24, it transfers the telephone number being kept in the memory for storage at talking time 18 from a redial memory 16 to the transmission circuit 14, and it starts the transmission toward a central telephone exchange through the speaking circuit 13.
