PURPOSE:To prevent bubbles from being generated in a product even when high viscous resin material or a complicated mold is used by curing a resin material simultaneously with deaerating the resin material in the mold to which mechanical vibration is applied by way of a vibration generator. CONSTITUTION:After reactively curing liquid resin has been poured into a mold under vacuum, vibration impact is applied to the mold by bringing a vibration generator in contact with the mold, whereby bubbles in the mold are removed therefrom. Then, the vibration impact is stopped, and its environment is restored to the atmospheric pressure. After curing, the cured molded object is taken out from the mold. As the reactively curing liquid resin to be used, urethane resin, epoxyresin, silicon resin and unsaturated polyester resin, etc., may be mentioned, and they may be either of a room temperature curing type or of a thermocuring type. |
