PURPOSE:To prevent a cutting grinding wheel from bending when used in cutting and to prevent a material to be cut from being cut obliquely by fixing circular perforated metallic sheets in the central part of the cutting grinding wheel of a disk shape so that sufficient rigidity of the cutting grinding wheel can be obtained. CONSTITUTION:A pair of perforated metallic sheets 16 are fixed on both head and tail surfaces in the central part of a cutting grinding wheel 10. As a result, the central part of the cutting grinding wheel 10 where stresses at the time of cutting tend to concentrate is reinforced with these perforated metallic sheets 16. Therefore, the cutting grinding wheel 10, when used in cutting, does not bend relative to the direction of cutting. As a result, a material to be cut is prevented from being cut obliquely or the area near a surface being cut is prevented from burning.
