PURPOSE:To obtain a silicone rubber composition giving a cured product by atmospheric pressure hot-air vulcanization without generating void and surface tackiness and suitable for ignition cable, etc., by compounding a specific organic peroxide to a specific organopolysiloxane. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. of an organopolysiloxane of formula I [R<1> is (substituted)univalent hydrocarbon group free from aliphatic unsaturated group; 1.8<a<2.2; 0<b<0.1] is compounded with 0.1-5pts. of an organic peroxide of formual II [R<3>, R<4> and R<5> are (substituted)univalent hydrocarbon group; R<6> in H, methyl, etc.].
