PURPOSE:To surely coat especially the uncoated part at the shady solid angle part which is the joining part between a pipe and a pipe fitting, by sending compressed air in the direction opposite to the coating direction when coating is finished and the paint is half-dried. CONSTITUTION:The paint 7 introduced into the pipe 1 is pushed and spread in the fixed direction P by a high-pressure gas, and coated on the inner wall surface of the pipe 1. When coating is finished and the paint 7 is still half-dried, compressed air is sent in the direction opposite to the coating direction P, and the uncoated paint 7A is pressed and coated on the uncoated part 9. Especially the uncoated part 9 at the shady solid angle part which is the joining part between the pipe 1 and the pipe fitting 2 can be surely coated.
