<p>PURPOSE:To realize the unmanned operation of a terminal equipment at a remote place by a call from the terminal equipment by using a packet switching network, by constituting a system so that data communication with the terminal equipment of a communication opponent can be performed by turning ON the power source of the terminal equipment when it is desired to receive a bit of incoming call packet information or a bit of reset indication packet information. CONSTITUTION:The power source of a communication control equipment 3a and that of a line terminating equipment 5a are turned ON, and the power source 2 of the terminal equipment 1 is turned OFF. In such states of the power sources, when the terminal equipment 6 of the communication opponent sends a bit of call emission packet information or a bit of reset request packet information respectively at the time of starting communication in states where a packet switching network 7b is set at an opponent selection connecting state or an opponent fixed selection connecting state, the packet switching network 7b supplies the bit of incoming call packet information or the bit of reset indication packet information to the communication control equipment 3a via the line terminating equipment 5a. The communication control equipment 3a drives an automatic power source turn-ON device 4 and turns ON the power source 2 of the terminal equipment 2 setting the bit of incoming call packet information or the bit of reset indication packet information as trigger, then, the communication with the terminal equipment 6 of the communication opponent is started.</p> |
