PURPOSE:To make it possible to exchange only defective units of solar cell, by constituting a module in a manner in which small solar cell units can be fitted in a frame. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 2 is connected to the terminal of a solar cell 4 by a lead 5, and the solar cells 4 are laminated by a frame 3 and a cover glass 1. This solar cell module 10 is stuck on a module frame 6 for practical use. By making up the solar cell module as units in this manner, exchanging each of the units 10 is facilitated. Therefor, exchanging in the case of repair or breakdown of the solar cell is enabled. Further the output can be adjusted by changing the number of the units 10 constituting the solar cell module. |
