PURPOSE:To prevent a contact part of an IC part from being rubbed with an IC card connector by moving the IC card connector only in the vertical direction so as to be abutted on the connector part of the IC card. CONSTITUTION:In the initial state, a lever 26 is in a horizontal state and the IC connector 40 is in a rising state. When the lever 26 is rotated counterclockwise, the depth side of the IC card 4 is positioned, a press plate 32 is pressed down and the IC card connector 40 is abutted on the connector part of the IC card 4. Under said state, the IC card 4 is read out/written by the IC card connector 40. In case of ejecting the IC card 4, the lever 26 is returned from the vertical position up to the horizontal position in the clockwise direction.
