PURPOSE:To enable analysis and dispersion with a small error by providing a resistance body which generates vortexes periodically in a flow of sheath fluid, and supplying cells, etc. successively to nearby the vortex generation point and putting them in the vortexes. CONSTITUTION:Sample liquid 2 is discharged from a nozzle 3 and flows down while covered with the sheath liquid 1. The sheath flow passage 4 has a 1st flow reduction part nearby the nozzle. Further, the resistance body 5 is installed so that the liquid 2 strikes on its tip 5-1. A 2nd flow reduction part is provided on the downstream side of the body 5 and connects with the measurement point of a capillary part 8. Cells 6 in the liquid 2 reach the tip 5-1 in order at irregular intervals. The cells 6 are shunt by the tip part 5-1 to the right or left flanks and flow to a vortex generation point 5-2 or 5-3 along the flank. Here, the respective cells 6 are put in some of generated Karman vortexes 7 to separate from the body 5 and flow down. The vortexes 7 are grown in flowing down, so the cells 6 put in them reach to the center parts of the vortexes 7. Thus, the analysis and dispersion having a small error are performed.
