PURPOSE:To improve the productivity and the reliability by minimizing the size of a skelton table and enabling an expression in a hierarchical structure that provides a high degree of description in the case of executing a code generation processing for a compiler by using a skelton table. CONSTITUTION:A skelton table selection means 3 retrieves a selection table from the skelton table 8 by using a skelton selection information in a control table 9, and determines a desired skelton table. A code analysis means 5 discriminates an identification instruction code string in the control table 9. If said code is a one for the generating of an object code, an instruction code generation means 7 generates an object code based on the content of the identification instruction code string in the table 9, and sets it in an object code string 12. In such a way, a code generation processing utilizing a skelton table which is of a high degree of description and reliability can be attained.
