发明名称 SELF-EXCITED HIGH FREQUENCY LOAD DRIVE CIRCUIT
摘要 PURPOSE:To constitute the whole of the title driving circuit simply and inexpensively, by a method wherein only one piece of switching element is employed while a choke coil is employed as a booster circuit instead of a transformer. CONSTITUTION:A self-excited drive circuit is constituted of a choke coil 201, forming a constant current circuit, a transistor 301, a resistor 9 as well as a capacitor 10 for a delay circuit, a DC component cutting capacitor 11 for operating the ON, OFF of the transistor 301, a current limiting resistor 12 and a diode 13 for the charging circuit of the capacitor 11. The self-excited drive circuit supplies the output thereof to a load 4 between load connecting terminals 7, 7'. In this circuit, the title load is driven by a method wherein the output of the delay circuit, consisting of the resistor 9 and the capacitor 10, is amplified and the DC component thereof is cut by the capacitor 11.
