<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a cost and to stabilize the tape traveling with the improvement of wear resistance and slidability by integrally forming a tape drawing body and inclined tape guide and coating a plating layer on the surface of the tape guide. CONSTITUTION:A tape drawing body base 12 and inclined tape guide 4 are integrally molded with a high accuracy resin molding method and a tape guide roller 13 is fitted to a screw hold 12a. The tape abutting face 14b of the guide 14 is formed in circular arcuate shape and a plating layer 18 is coated on the surface of the guide 14. A tape winding side and drawing side as well are made in the same structure. Machining and surface grinding are unnecessary therefore, the cost is reduced, the wear resistance and slidability are improved because of a plating layer being providing and the tape traveling can be made well.</p> |
