PURPOSE:To increase wetting force and re-wetting force and to reduce foamability, by compounding a quaternary ammonium salt type cationic surfactant represented by specific general formula and a condensate of higher fatty acid and amino acid in a specific mol. ratio. CONSTITUTION:A quanternary ammonium type cationic surfactant A represented by formula I (where in one or two of R1, R2, R3 and R4 is a 8-22C straight chain or branched alkyl group, an alkenly group or a 8-22C hydroxyalkyl group and the remainder is a 1-3C alkyl group or a 1-3C hydroxyalkyl group and X is a halogen atom) and a condensate B of higher fatty acid and amino acid are compounded within a range of 4/6-6/4 as an A/D mol. ratio to prepare a wetting/re-wetting agent composition. |
