PURPOSE:To obtain product having high quality without any defect thereof by firstly filling up molten metal in a runner part for shutting floating material formed around the opening part of a molten metal supplying sleeve, shutting the impurity in the above runner and successively filling up flowing out to a runner part. CONSTITUTION:The molten metal supplied from the injection sleeve 6 by a plunger 8 is poured into the runner part 10 for shutting floating material in, positioned at lower part than the runner part 5 for production and the impurity on the molten metal is shut in. After that, the molten metal having only a little impurity is filled up in the runner part 5 for production. By this method, the product having high quality without any casting defect can be obtd.
