PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which is useful as a material for the production of interior finish parts of automobiles and components of household electric appliances, has excellent impact strength and gives molded products of which the surface gloss is uniformly reduced, containing a rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin and a specific porous crosslinked polymer. CONSTITUTION:A (meth)acrylic monoester is suspension-polymerized with a poly(meth)acrylic ester as a crosslinking agent in an aq. medium in the presence of 50-300wt.% (based on the total amount of the monomer) non-reactive org. solvent immiscible with water (e.g., n-octane) to obtain a porous crosslinked polymer (B) having a particle size of 1-500mu and a void content of 1-70%. 55-99pts.wt. rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin (B) such as a styrene/ butadiene copolymer resin, an acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene copolymer resin, an acrylonitrile/butyl acrylate/styrene copolymer resin, etc. is blended with 50-1pts.wt. component B in a total of 100pts.wt.
