PURPOSE:To enable the inhibiting of dew formation of water in a gas on the surface of a pressure receiving body such as diaphragm, by arranging a heater, which electrically operates on specified conditions to generate heat almost at a fixed temperature, to heat the pressure receiving body therewith. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 28a is turned ON with the keying by an operator to start operation with the generation of heat by a PTC heater 29,an intake air is mixed with a fuel injected from a fuel injection valve 4 passing through a suction pipe 8 to be sucked into a cylinder 9. A pressure in a surge tank within the suction pipe 8 is introduced into a pressure sensor 1. In other words, air passing through an air conduit 21 is brought into contact with a diaphragm 17, which sends a strain signal corresponding to the pressure of the air to a pressure detecting circuit 2. Then, the circuit 2 forms a signal proportional to an internal pressure of the the suction pipe 8 from the signal by amplification, adjustment and temperature compensation thereof to be supplied to a control means 3 of an internal combustion engine. An injection level is computed by the means 3. This enables the inhibiting of dew formation of moisture in a gas on the surface of a pressure receiving body such as diaphragm 17.
