PURPOSE:To prevent an error operation by converting the flashing duty when an indicator having a flashing condition at the set starting of the current applying time zone unifies to the preset indicator. CONSTITUTION:When the current applying time zone to a load is set by a timer time setting device 23, indicators 30a to 301 of a timer time display device 29 are moved making them in a flashing condition in order. And when it reaches to a desired current applying time band, the flashing is converted to the lighting to finish the setting to carry out the setting of the current applying time zone. When an indicator having a flashing condition at the set starting of the current applying time zone unifies to an indicator which has set the current applying time zone beforhand, the flashing duty of the indicator is converted to report the user that it is the indicator which has set the current applying time zone. The user can observe whether the flashing point is at the time of setting the current applying time zone or not, and never resets the preset current applying time zone by mistake.
