PURPOSE:To prevent unequal transfer and color slippage by specifying the rubber hardness on the surface of a pair of heating rollers and confining the load to be exerted to roller shafts to 5-30kg. CONSTITUTION:An image receiving material 14 and a photosensitive material 26 are superposed on each other and while the materials are conveyed by the heating rollers 340-350, diffuse dyes are migrated from the photosensitive material 14 to the image receiving material 26. The surfaces of at least a pair of the rollers 340, 342 among the heating rollers 340-350 are coated with rubber having 30-70 deg. rubber hardness. The load to be exerted to this roller shaft is confined to 5-30kg. The image which is free from the unequal transfer and color slippage is thereby obtd. at the time of forming the image by using the heat developable photosensitive material.
