PURPOSE:To obtain the title tire further improved in braking performance on snow, by using a rubber obtained by vulcanizing a mixture formed by mixing a rubber component comprising diene rubbers of different glass transition temperatures with a specified reinforcing carbon black and an ester softener for low-temperature use as its tread rubber. CONSTITUTION:The title tire is prepared by using a vulcanized rubber of a modulus <=40kg/cm<2> at an elongation of 100% at -20 deg.C and a loss tangent, tandelta, at 30 deg.C >=0.3, obtained by vulcanizing a mixture obtained by mixing 100pts. wt. rubber component (A) comprising 10-90pts.wt. at least one diene rubber of a glass transition temperature <=-65 deg.C and 90-10pts.wt. at least one diene rubber of a glass transition temperature >=-55 deg.C with 40-90pts.wt. reinforcing carbon black (B) having a nitrogen adsorption surface area of 125-145m<2>/g, a dibutyl phthalate absorption <=99ml/100g, and dibutyl phthalate absorption of 75-85ml after 4-fold repeated compression under 1,690kg/cm<2> and 2-30pts. wt. ester softener for low-temperature use (C).
