PURPOSE:To enable another normal slave station to select two control channels and communicate with a control part, by using a data channel as a new control channel if a control channel cannot be used because of trouble of a slave station or the like. CONSTITUTION:With respect to a multiaccess protocol which selects one of plural slave stations requesting channel assignment and permits the selected slave station to transmit data, channels for communication between a control station 1 and plural slave stations 21-2n include at least two control channels and plural data channels. If control channels cannot be used, a part of data channels is used as control channels. Thus, communication between the control station and slave stations is possible even if some trouble occurs in one control channel.
