PURPOSE:To reduce the quantity of data and to simplify a management by adding sort information to all test data, storing it in one file and inputting combined information. CONSTITUTION:The record sort information is added to original test data, a combination is designated by this record sort information to combine the original test data and from the test data. Consequently, the sort information is added to all the test data, stored in one file and slave information is formed according to the combined information, so that by only changing the designation of the combination of the test data, the formation of the plural individual test data may be sufficiently changed to the formation of only one test data. Thereby, the management can be simplified and unified. |
