<p>PURPOSE:To install a suspension tool automatically, by a method wherein a suspension tool is drawn out downward by taking a hold of the suspension tool with a circular groove part of its bottle holding ring, reversed upside down, and installed to a bottle at a position for installation of suspension tool. CONSTITUTION:By means of a bottle shift device 22, bottles 10, e.g., five bottles at a time, are positioned with their opening facing upward at a specified position for installation of suspension tools on a suspension tool installation table 27 on the top of a casing 26, and are discharged forward when suspension tools 11 have been installed to them. A shoot 23 holds a plurality of stacked suspension tools 11, each with its bottle holding ring 17 positioned lower, which are vertically arranged one by one over the five bottles 10 positioned on the suspension tool installation part on a suspension tool installation table 27. A chuck 24 takes a hold of a suspension tool 11 situated at the lowest in the shoot 23, with a part of a circular groove 20 of a bottle holding ring 17 of the suspension tool 11 to draw out the suspension tool 11 downward, reverse it upside down, and install it to a bottle 10 on the suspension tool installation part.</p> |
