PURPOSE:To perform measurement and monitoring in real time by comparing the radioactivity of dust collection filter paper with a warning level at all times. CONSTITUTION:The dust collection filter paper 2, a semiconductor element 3, a preamplifier 4, and a linear amplifier 5 are incorporated in a case 7 and a suction intake 8, an exhaust pipe 9, and a lead wire connection part are provided. Metal netting 11 for protection is fitted on the dust collection paper 2 and a warning tool for fitting the monitor to the breast, etc., of an operator is provided on the reverse surface of an alarm 17. Contaminated air is admitted to a detection part 1 by an air pump through the suction intake 8. The arithmetic processing circuit 24 of the circuit 16 compares an averaged counted value with the alarm level FA(t) of an equation automatically at all times. Consequently, the radiation exposure is measured and monitored in real time while the operation is performed, and there is no trouble even in warning operation.
