PURPOSE:To arrange a discrete wire in a predetermined shape without covering other connection pads by entangling it outside pins while applying a tension to the discrete wire thereby to form the discrete wire in a predetermined linear shape by plastically deforming the pin to a guide. CONSTITUTION:A discrete wire 15 is so connected to predetermined first connecting pads 23 as to form, for example, 45 deg. with respect to the arranging direction of the pads 23. Then, a fine wire forming apparatus 1 is so set that pins 5a, 5b, 5c are disposed at the side from which the wire 15 is drawn on the center line of the first pads 23a, 23b, 23c between the pads 23a, 23b, 23c and second connecting pads 24. Then, after the wire 15 is sequentially entangled with the pins 5a, 5b, 5c while applying a tension thereto, bent at 90 deg. along a pin 5d, and the wire 15 is then drawn through a passage 26, thereby completing a series of forming works. The two pin holders 3, 4 are rotated inward each other, and the apparatus 1 is removed in this state. |
