PURPOSE:To accelerate the switching response of an output driver transistor by dividing a power source voltage by a gate capacity and an added capacity at the time of switching an output transistor and driving the gate electrode of the output driver transistor. CONSTITUTION:A capacity 11 is connected at the moment that the gate of an output P-type MOS transistor 10 is turned ON, a power source voltage is divided by a capacity connected to the gate capacity of the transistor 10, and the gate level of the transistor 10 becomes a capacity-divided potential. Accordingly, the transistor 10 is switched at a high speed. Since the capacity for acceleration is connected to each bit, a constant switching waveform can be obtained irrespective of the number of the bits for turning ON the transistor 10, thereby eliminating the irregularity in color due to data as an LED printer head. |
