<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity of troublesome operations to be carried out by users when the recording medium on the dubbing side terminates while dubbing recording is carried on by automatically rewinding the recording medium to the leading edge section of the dubbing-repeated recording block. CONSTITUTION:While dubbing operations are carried on, a CPU 15 detects the sound recording mode and monitors the output signal of a tape-end detecting means 18. If the output of a no-signal section detecting means 21 indicates a signal existing state when a tape 20 reaches its end, the CPU 15 judges that an interruption takes place at the end of the tape 20 while a piece of music is dubbed and instructs a deck mechanism 17 to rewind the tape 20. If the means 21 detects a no-signal section thereafter, the CPU 15 stops the operations of the mechanism 17. Therefore, users can understand that the dubbing operation is interrupted while the piece of music is dubbed and automatically discriminate the leading edge section of the piece of music. Thus troublesome operations to be carried out by users become unnecessary and the unpleasant feeling which users feel when dubbing operations are interrupted is also removed.</p> |
