<p>PURPOSE:To avoid the wrong diagnoses by comparing an actual action pattern with the patterns stored in each step moved forward from a discordant pattern in case this discordant pattern is obtained through the monitor of a sequence program control system. CONSTITUTION:The change of an equipment 1 is detected 16 and compared 18 with a normal pattern. Then the next action is carried out in case the diagnosis result 23 is decided abnormal. When the noncoincidence of patterns is detected at a diagnosis processing part 21, a normal pattern storage part 17 gives a command to a comparison object extracting part 20 to extract a stored pattern of a step following the monitor step where the noncoincidence is produced. If the noncoincidence of patterns is still confirmed even in said advanced step, the advancing commands are successively applied up to a prescribed step for each detection of the noncoincidence. Thus the presence or absence of the pattern coincidence is checked. When the pattern coincidence is obtained with said forward check, the monitor is continued in and after the coincident step.</p> |
