PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of fitting, while the number of processes thereof is reduced by a method in which a decorative parts is placed on the projection part of a mold so that the molding of the decorative parts encloses said projection part in an overhang-shape, and the sheet-base material arranged on said parts is molded under heating. CONSTITUTION:A decorative parts 3 is fitted and positioned onto the projection part 7B and is fixed thereto in an overhang-shape in which a molding 5 protrudes from the outer periphery of the projection part 7B, and the back surface of the fixed decorative parts 3 is coated with the adhesive such as hot melt type, etc. The sheet-base material 2 heated by upper and lower heating 8, 8 is arranged on a molding face. An air pressure box 9 is lowered, and the adjacency of the peripheral edge of the sheet-base material 2 is pinched under pressure in air tight in between the peripheral part of the lower end of said air pressure box 9 and the peripheral edge of a mold 7. In this state, compressed air is sent into the air pressure box 9, and simultaneously the air between the sheet-base material 2 and the mold face of the mold 7 is sucked and discharged, whereby the sheet-base material 2 is press to the side of the mold face, and the sheet-base material 2 in molded under heating so that the sheet-base material 2 is brought in close contact with the molding face 7A of the mold 7 and the decorative parts 3 by pressure and vacuum forming. |
