PURPOSE:To execute time base compression not to detect the frequency change of a sound on hearing by detecting the frequency component of the sound and drawing data to match to compressibility at the time of the detecting data of a low frequency. CONSTITUTION:An analog sound (a) is converted to digital sound data by an A/D converter 1, once stored in a data storing memory 3 and counted by a data counter 2. The frequency data detected result of the sound by a frequency detector 4 is sent to a drawing controller 7 as a control signal. A drawing counter 6 adds compressibility data (b) and the value of the counter 6 by the control signal of an adder 3 to be outputted from the counter 2. Then, a drawn result signal is received and drawing data are controlled. A drawer 8 loads a gate to sound data (e), which are drawn, by the control signal from the controller 7 and the data are not outputted to a memory 9. After a compression processing is ended, the data to be stored in the memory 9 can be outputted as sound data (k) which are compressed by a D/A converter 10. |
