<p>PURPOSE:To make unnecessary an oscillating circuit by generating the waveform of an attenuation oscillation only when a coin is at the near position of a coil. CONSTITUTION:The title device has a passing detecting means 10 to detect that a coin 24 provided adjoining to a circuit element and rolled on a passage passes through the vicinity of a circuit element and a means to respond to the detection output from the passing detecting means 10 and turn off a switch element 16. Consequently, only when the coin 24 is at the near position of the coil, the switch element 16 is turned off, the waveform of the attenuation oscilla tion corresponding to the coin occurs and the type of the coin and the truth of the coin are identified by the waveform. Thus, an oscillation circuit is made unnecessary.</p> |
