<p>PURPOSE:To prevent temporal increase of rotation and to stabilize the system by switching the control of a cyclo-converter arranged at the secondary of an AC-excited synchronous machine to rotation feedback control or power feedback control. CONSTITUTION:A switching judgement circuit 15 switches switching circuits 12, 13 on the rotation N of an AC-excited synchronous machine 1 and outputs from a system data transmitting section 16 and a generation/pomping command circuit 17. When the switching circuits 12, 13 are connected to the upper side, a difference between a rotation N end a rotation command N0 based on a steady power command P0 and a head H is fed to a load regulator 6. When the switching circuits 12, 13 are connected to the under side, the difference between the steady power command P0 and an output power P is fed to the load regulator 6. The load regulator 6 controls a cyclo-converter 4, thus controlling the secondary current of the AC-excited synchronous machine 1.</p> |
