PURPOSE:To enable even a remote accounts settler to quickly seal an account settlement stamp by using a picture output means which outputs the document pictures, an instruction signal output means which displays the pictures and outputs an instruction for sealing, and a sealing process means. CONSTITUTION:A document 14 requiring an accounts settlement mark is read by an image reader 8 and the picture of the document 14 is sent to a telephone circuit 3. A remote accounts settler carries a lap-top personal computer 9 and inputs the password of the picture data on the document 14 to be inputted via the circuit 3. This picture data is shown on a display of the computer 9. Thus the accounts settler immediately confirms the display contents. When propriety is decided for the accounts settlement, the settler operates the computer 9 to output an accounts settlement instruction signal. This signal includes a password and is inputted to an electronic board 5a or a personal computer 5b via the circuit 3 and stored there. At the same time, an accounts settlement processor 6 seals a settlement stamp at the prescribed position of the document 14 under the control of a CPU. |
