In the present invention, the simple operation of unscrewing the stopper in order to open the tube or bottle causes the simultaneous perforation of the cover sealing that tube or bottle. This stopper is made in two parts, and the attached drawing allows an understanding of its functioning. These two parts are engaged in one another, the element "1" comprising in its internal diameter, at 2, one pitch of normal thread, turning to the left, to allow the screwing onto the tube or bottle. On the other hand and in the opposite manner, at 3, on its external diameter "runs" a ramp which turns to the right and on which is screwed the cap "4" which carries the perforator 5 at its centre. It will be understood that on unscrewing the stopper of the tube the cap 4 provided with its perforator 5 is firstly screwed over its ramp 3, the perforator 5 puncturing the cover, before subsequently the unscrewing of the stopper is brought about. <IMAGE>
