摘要 |
PURPOSE:To secure the fluidity of material on the contact surface with a die, to prevent the surface from oxidizing and to secure the die release characteristics by performing pressure forming while the surface of a blank is coated with two kinds of specified lubricants. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a titanium alloy blank is coated previously and in double layers with the lubricant of the glass and boron nitride type for pressure forming. In the coated blank, since a 2nd coat prevents a 1st coat from volatilizing and being carried away, they compensate for their weak points to each other and even in heating and forming conditions at a high temperature and for a long time lubricants of the glass type can secure their proper lubricity and the die release characteristics also is drastically excellent. |
