摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent thermal sticking, improve sliding of a head and reduce friction by providing a heat-fusible ink layer on one side of a base, providing an inorganic coat on the other side, and providing a coat of a lubricating substance on the inorganic coat. CONSTITUTION:A base is a film of a high molecular weight substance. A material for forming an inorganic coat may be an anhydrous alkali silicate or an oxide, hydroxide, carbonate or the like of a polyvalent metal (Zn, Mg, Al, Ca). To form the coat on the back side of the base by use of such a material, the material is dispersed in water, an alcohol or the like, and the resultant dispersed liquid is applied to or printed on the back side, followed by drying. Formation of a layer of a lubricating substance may be carried out by providing the layer on the inorganic coat in a laminating manner, or by impregnating the inorganic coat with a liquid lubricating substance. In the case of the impregnation method, a diluted solution of the liquid lubricating substance may be applied to or printed on the inorganic coat to impregnate the inorganic coat therewith, followed by drying. In the case of providing the lubricating substance layer on the inorganic coat, a diluted solution of the lubricating substance may be applied to or printed on the inorganic coat, followed by drying.
