<p>PURPOSE: To optimize for flow parameters of fluid by positioning a plurality of stabilizer units having a plurality of tubules, respectively, at arbitrary positions among a plurality of opposing positions to form different numbers of stabilizer flow passages. CONSTITUTION: When mutually adjacent stabilizer units 15, 17 are arranged at a first relative position and a second relative position by an index pin 23 in a primary flow passage 13, a condition in which a plurality of first tubules 19 are fluid-communicated with a plurality of tubules 21 is changed. Each stabilizer flow passage has a ratio of length to effective water power radius sufficiently large for establishing layer flows in fluid. Consequently, as for respective drops of pressure of the primary and secondary flow passages 13, 57, both flow rates are proportional mutually because the flow is layer flow, and mass flow rate is detected by sensor elements 63, 65. In this way, it is possible to optimize for flow parameters such as temperature, density, viscosity, flow rate, and pressure and measure accurate mass flow rate.</p> |
