<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition freed from a problem of pigment precipitation and giving a writing excellent in writability and hiding power by mixing water with a hollow resin particle emulsion, an inorganic pigment and a specified water-solubilized copolymer. CONSTITUTION:Water as a solvent is mixed with a hollow resin particle emulsion (e.g., hollow acryl/styrene copolymer resin particles), an inorganic pigment, desirably, TiO2, and a water-solubilized m-methylstyrene/styrene/acrylic acid copolymer having a weight-average MW of 1000-10000, an MW distribution of 0.5-3.3 and substantially freed of a component of an MW <=500.</p> |
