Formming process of a trunk or branches having pine leaves for an imitation pine tree, consists of a plurality of sliced synthetic resin pieces, steel wire and their twisted assembly. The branches are made by combination process of three raw material rolls for making leaves, buds and stem. The apparatus includes winding rollers (22) (23) for pine leaves (A), winding rollers (24)(25) for buds (B), winding rollers (26)(27) for wire (D), guide plates (16) (17)(18), support roller (20) and joining roller (21).
