MOLDING PROCESS FOR ON AND OFF RUBBER SWITCH

The rubber contact (9) is manufactured first with a conductive rubber mixed with forming promotion agent of 3-5%. The conductive rubber plate is pressed second to separate blank contacts. Each contact is aligned third on a base plate having a number of holes to place the contacts. The base plate is put furth on a lower mould having a number of pins. The silicon rubber is put on the base plate and an upper mould having a number of holes corresponding to the pins of the lower mould is pressed. Then each switch having a contact is separated for the final product.
