PURPOSE:To improve the connecting strength of an insulating ring, a positive electrode metal and a negative electrode metal by compressing, rolling and deforming an intermediate connecting ring between the insulating ring and the positive electrode metal or the negative electrode metal at the time of thermo-pressure connection. CONSTITUTION:The flange section 3b of a positive electrode metal 3 constituted of a cylinder section 3a and the flange section 3b is thermo-pressure-connected and fixed to the lower face 1a of an insulating ring 1 made of alpha-alumina via an intermediate connecting ring 2 made of an aluminum alloy. The intermediate connecting ring 2 is rolled and thermo-pressure-connected between the end face of the insulating ring 1 and the flange section 3b so that its crush quantity is made 20-50%. The connecting strength of the insulating ring 1 and the positive electrode metal 3 and the negative electrode metal 8 can be improved. |
