PURPOSE:To simply manage the thickness of a laminated layer material layer and to improve adhering strength by forming a laminated layer material layer with mixing agent containing nonadhesive resin at a normal temperature as a main ingredient. CONSTITUTION:Conductor paste of resistance paste is formed in response to necessity on green sheets 1-2, 1-3 formed with a conductor layer 2 and a resistance layer 3. Then, mixing agent paste in which viscosity is regulated with solvent containing acrylic resin as a main ingredient is screen printed, and a laminated layer material layer 4-1 is provided on the lower face of the green sheet 1-1 or the laminated layer material layer 4-1 is provided on the lower face of the green sheet 1-2 so that the laminated layer material layers 4-1, 4-2 exist between the sheets 1-1 and 1-3 or between the sheet 1-2 and 1-3. It is pressurized from upper and lower ends in this state and heated to obtain a ceramic package. Thus, the laminated layer material layers 4-1, 4-2 are formed of mixing agent containing nonadhesive resin at a normal temperature as a main ingredient to easily manage the thicknesses of the laminated layer material layers 4-1, 4-2 and to strongly adhere among the ceramic green sheets 1-2-1-3. |
