METHOD OF COMPLEX INOCULANT AND MODIFICATION ALLOY PRODUCTION

This innovation applies to a method of production of a complex inoculation and modification alloy in a pressure tank using the thermal content of a liquid alloy discharged from an electric arc furnace. This liquid alloy at a temperature between 1100 to 1450 degrees Celsius is placed into the pressure tank while solid the components of a charge - magnesium or metals of rare earth - are dipped into the liquid alloy under an increased pressure. The prepared complex inoculation and modification alloy of the type such as iron - silicon - magnesium - calcium, is then cast.
